Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Mixer to join a production team at a food manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for accurately measuring, mixing, and preparing ingredients according to company formulas while maintaining strict quality and food safety standards. work hours: 11:30 PM - 9 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients following established formulas and batch records
• Operate mixing equipment and ensure proper setup, operation, and cleaning
• Monitor mixing processes to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency
• Follow all food safety, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and sanitation guidelines
• Accurately document production data and report any discrepancies
• Transport ingredients and finished mixtures using carts or pallet jacks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding production needs or issues
