What You’ll Do

As a Barista, your role is to create an experience, not just make drinks. Craft high quality coffee and espresso beverages with precision and consistency

• Deliver exceptional guest interactions from order to follow up
• Guide guests through the menu with confidence and enthusiasm
• Upsell and recommend in a natural and personalized way
• Maintain a clean, organized, and high standard workspace
• Support your team and bring positive energy to every shift

Requirements

• No experience required, we will train the right person
• Comfortable engaging with guests and role playing scenarios
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced, team driven environment
