The client is seeking to fill a Chief Compliance Officer position to oversee the bank's administrative, lending, and operational compliance activities. This role involves participating in various committees, audits, and examinations while performing duties as the Bank Secrecy Act/OFAC Officer, Community Reinvestment Act Officer, and Privacy Officer. The officer will develop, implement, and manage the bank's Compliance Management Program and will serve as the chairperson of the Compliance Committee, assisting state and federal auditor inquiries and advising the Board of Directors and Senior Management on compliance issues.
