    • The Salesforce B2C Commerce Developer will have a focus on delivering functional solutions on the Salesforce.com platform, including both Salesforce Core modules and Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C. They will take a lead role in the design, implementation, deployment, and documentation of Salesforce Projects.
    • Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C.
    • Must have strong knowledge on API Integrations (Standard and custom).
    • Must have experience of working in LWC Framework.
    • Must have strong knowledge of implementing Triggers, Classes.
    • Work with product owner, other engineering team members and stakeholders to define, clarify, and realize functional and nonfunctional requirements for new and existing backlog items.
    • Maintain code documentation, and write/maintain test classes for all custom development.
    • Collaborate with IT/Developers for other systems in order to integrate across the business. Investigate, scope, and plan implementation of assigned epics and backlog items, using up-to-date platform and ecosystem domain expertise to model, document, and justify solutions aligning with functional and nonfunctional requirements.
    • Work and develop code in compliance with Salesforce team processes, coding standards, technical design documents, platform architectural initiatives, and leadership direction

Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer to join our digital commerce team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable, headless eCommerce solutions using SFCC and PWA Kit. You will work closely with architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance storefronts and integrations for enterprise retail platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) solutions, including PWA-based storefronts.
  • Implement headless architecture leveraging SFCC APIs and PWA Kit.
  • Collaborate with architects to translate High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs) into functional components.
  • Build and optimize key modules such as checkout, search, personalization, and API orchestration .
  • Integrate SFCC with external enterprise systems like PIM, OMS, SAP CRM , and CDNs for real-time data synchronization.
  • Configure and optimize Algolia search , including indexing strategies and fallback mechanisms.
  • Ensure compliance with performance, security, and scalability standards.
  • Support incident resolution, performance tuning, and stability improvements during staging, go-live, and hypercare phases.
  • Work with MuleSoft or similar tools for API integration and orchestration.
  • Follow best practices for code modularization, deployment pipelines, and solution governance .

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) development.
  • Hands-on experience with PWA Kit and headless commerce implementations.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js , and front-end frameworks (React preferred).
  • Knowledge of API integration and orchestration using MuleSoft or similar tools.
  • Experience with Algolia search configuration and optimization.
  • Familiarity with integrating enterprise systems (PIM, OMS, SAP CRM).
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines , performance tuning, and cloud deployment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in large-scale retail or eCommerce platform migrations .
  • Knowledge of SFCC Business Manager and cartridge development.
  • Exposure to multi-region deployments and CDN strategies.
  • Certification in Salesforce Commerce Cloud or related technologies.
