Salary: $110,000 - 145,000 per year Requirements:

• High School diploma with 9+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education
• Current TS/SCI clearance
• CompTIA Security+ Plus Certification
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification
• Over 3 years of experience with Cisco Routing and Switching, including LAN, WAN, Network Management, and Security
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong proficiency in Cisco Routing and Switching
• Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills
• Advanced troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently or part of a collaborative team
• Solid communication and organizational abilities
• Intermediate to advanced experience in designing and implementing enterprise networks
• Proficiency in EIGRP, BGP, QoS, DMVPN, and WAN-based technologies
• 3+ years of experience in Network Integration
• Advanced understanding of Layer 2, 3, and 4 networking; expertise in EIGRP and BGP
• Familiarity with multicast protocols and IPv4
• Current and valid U.S. Passport
• Current and valid U.S. Drivers License
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment and meet deployment standards
• Medical/Physical fitness for deployment with U.S. Military Forces OCONUS

• Gather and assess the capabilities of our products, including industry competitors
• Develop quantifiable requirements based on customer feedback and system design, ensuring compliance through verification methods
• Convert high-level product strategies into network and system specifications, collaborating with different engineering teams for detailed implementation requirements
• Establish and coordinate standards and practices related to overall network and system development
• Design network interfaces to ensure cohesive functionality
• Evaluate performance using technical assessment criteria
• Serve as a customer liaison and support business development activities to define and refine requirements
• Develop and implement Quality of Service (QoS) for voice, video, and data networks
• Utilize performance management tools to analyze and resolve performance issues
• Create conceptual, logical, and physical network architecture documents and risk assessments
• Provide operational support for WAN and LAN technologies
• Plan network configurations that align with user environments
• Analyze network topologies, traffic, and capacity needs
• Engage with DOD customers to bridge information gaps and explain architectural and technical solutions
• Assist in the procurement of necessary hardware and software
• Create detailed logical designs for Gigabit Ethernet Switching/Routing, QoS, DMVPN, and multicast architecture
• Perform engineering and architecture tasks in a Wide Area Network environment
