Salary: $95,000 - 154,000 per year Requirements:

• We welcome recent graduates in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics who have limited or no professional experience.
• We consider candidates with employment gaps, including those who have been out of work for 3 to 6 months or longer.
• We are open to professionals seeking a transition into technology from another field.
• We value applicants who want to strengthen their technical profile with in-demand skills and practical exposure.
• We support candidates who have recently completed a bachelors or masters degree.
• We work with individuals who are having difficulty securing interviews despite having prior experience.
• We accept candidates on F1/OPT who may need support for STEM extension, H-1B filing, or green card processing.
• We prioritize candidates with interest in job-ready skills across Java, full stack development, DevOps, data science, data engineering, data analysis, BI analytics, machine learning, and AI.

• We place entry-level software programmers and developers in full-time roles with our client companies.
• We connect qualified candidates with opportunities in Java full stack, Python/Java development, data analytics, data engineering, data science, and machine learning.
• We help candidates strengthen their readiness for current tech-market expectations.
• We share resumes with clients so interested employers can contact suitable applicants directly.
• We maintain a candidate database for our job placement program and internal matching process.
• We assist eligible candidates with STEM extension support as well as H-1B and green card filing processes.
