Our client a down-to-earth UHNW Principal is seeking a proactive and experienced Estate Manager to oversee the seamless operations of a stunning Santa Barbara property portfolio. The Day-to-Day
Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a luxury residential property ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes
Coordinate and manage vendors contractors household staff and service providers with a hospitality-first approach
Maintain household systems schedules inventories and ongoing property projects with exceptional attention to detail
Assist with special projects event coordination travel preparation and additional lifestyle support as needed
Serve as a trusted right hand to the Principal by proactively identifying needs troubleshooting issues and preserving an elevated peaceful environment at all times
