Qualifications * Minimum of 2 years of automotive repair experience (required). * Previous Ford dealership experience preferred. * PA State Inspection License (required). * PA Emissions Inspection License (required). * Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with a clean driving record. * Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills. * Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. * Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, physical exam, and motor vehicle record check.
