Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members
• Drive sales, profitability, and overall restaurant performance
• Manage labor, inventory, food costs, and operating expenses
• Ensure outstanding customer service and adherence to brand standards
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational compliance
• Build a positive, accountable, and results-driven team culture

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or retail environment
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experience managing financial performance, including P&L responsibilities
• Guest-focused with a commitment to operational excellence
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
