Trusted Medical, an Edera company, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will partner closely with leadership, hiring managers, and Human Resources to recruit highly qualified healthcare professionals for a variety of clinical positions. As one of the first points of contact for prospective candidates, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience while representing our organization’s culture and values. The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-focused, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced recruiting environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for healthcare professionals, including Nurse Practitioners, Physicians, Physician Assistants, and other clinical positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies based on workforce needs and market conditions.
  • Create and manage requisitions, job postings, and candidate workflows within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, professional networks, social media platforms, and internal databases.
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications, licensure, clinical experience, compensation expectations, work authorization, and overall job fit.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics to support data-driven hiring decisions.
  • Collaborate with leadership and Human Resources to ensure timely hiring while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
  • Recommend process improvements that increase recruiting efficiency, strengthen sourcing strategies, and improve overall talent acquisition outcomes.
  • Perform additional recruiting and talent acquisition responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • One to three years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within healthcare or clinical staffing.
  • Must have proven track record/success for hiring Nurse Practitioners, Medical Doctors, Physicians Assistants.
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare credentialing, state licensing requirements, and clinical hiring practices.
  • Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple requisitions and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Must be a United States citizen.
  • Successful completion of all pre-employment requirements, including participation in the E-Verify program.
