The Opportunity
Earth Tech Enterprises is hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to support our growing operations in Punta Gorda and surrounding areas.

What You’ll Do

• Operate heavy equipment including excavators, dozers, loaders, graders, rollers, and skid steers
• Perform site preparation, grading, and earthmoving work
• Execute excavation and trenching according to plans and specifications
• Load, move, and place materials safely and efficiently
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Work closely with supervisors and crew to keep projects moving
• Follow all safety protocols and job site requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience operating heavy equipment in construction or site development
• Strong understanding of grading, excavation, and site work
• Ability to read and follow job site plans and directions
• Commitment to safety and quality work
• Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to work

• OSHA certification or safety training
• Ability to operate multiple types of equipment
