Job Description

Salary: $74,000 - 96,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience of 4 additional years.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in application security, cybersecurity, access management, and network security.
• Preferably hands-on experience with IAM management tools.
• Familiarity with SOX controls, segregation of duties (SoD), and financial application security is advantageous.
• Experience within the healthcare sector, particularly in a hospital system with knowledge of HIPAA, is a plus.
• Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail are essential.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are necessary.

• Oversee and manage user access across various applications and systems, with a focus on SOX compliance related to financial systems (e.g., Workday, Gorev, Waystar).
• Utilize and have experience with security technologies such as SIEM, WAF, EDR, XDR, SSO, and MFA.
• Spearhead the implementation of Okta.
• Administer and monitor additional cybersecurity tools.
• Ensure alignment with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements concerning application security and access controls.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate testing and address any remediation needs.
• Monitor security solutions for anomalous access activities or policy infringements.
• Conduct regular evaluations of applications to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Collaborate with application owners and vendors to resolve vulnerabilities and apply best practices.
• Develop remediation plans and ensure their successful execution.
• Create, maintain, and enforce policies, procedures, and standards for application security.
• Align security policies with corporate governance and compliance frameworks.
