Salary: $60,000 - 88,000 per year Requirements:

• We support candidates pursuing roles in Java, full stack development, Python, data analytics, data engineering, data science, machine learning, and DevOps.
• We also support eligible candidates navigating STEM OPT extension, H1B filing, and Green Card processes where applicable.

• We coach candidates to communicate their approach clearly during interviews and think out loud like engineers.
• We help applicants strengthen their technical foundations through structured preparation and guided practice.
• We train candidates to solve coding and technical problems in real time, including edge cases and trade-offs.
• We provide mock interview practice with realistic simulations, feedback, and continuous improvement.
• We help candidates build stronger project narratives that explain what they created, why it matters, and how it works.
• We guide job seekers in preparing for technical screens, behavioral rounds, and live coding sessions.
• We support candidates in improving their interview performance so they can convert more interviews into offers.
• We share candidate resumes with clients and interested employers who may contact qualified applicants directly.
