Perkins Coie LLP is seeking an Online Chat Agent to join our team. As an Online Chat Agent (No Phone) you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat channels. This is a remote position with no phone communication required allowing you to assist customers efficiently and effectively through written communication.

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers through online chat to provide support and assistance
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while interacting with customers

Essential Qualifications:

• Excellent written communication skills
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or online chat support
• Familiarity with online chat platforms and customer relationship management systems
