Part-Time Paralegal

Our client, a respected litigation law firm, is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Paralegal to support its growing caseload. This position offers 20–25 hours per week with the opportunity for remote work following an initial in-office training period.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have several years of litigation experience and possess exceptional attention to detail. The firm is looking for someone who can produce high-quality work with minimal revisions and maintain consistency across legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise legal documents and correspondence.
• Assist attorneys with case management and litigation support.
• Organize and maintain case files and documentation.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper formatting across all legal documents.
• Track deadlines and assist with discovery, filings, and other litigation-related tasks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience preferred.
• Strong proofreading, editing, and document formatting skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
• Medical malpractice experience is not required.
• Bilingual skills are not required.

Schedule & Compensation

• Part-time: 20–25 hours per week.
• Flexible schedule, including the possibility of working approximately 4 hours per day.
• Hybrid opportunity with remote work available after training.
• Compensation: $40–$50 per hour, depending on experience.
