Requirements:

Age & Authorization: Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
Mobility: Willing to travel within a reasonable distance to family homes.
Tech Skills: A smartphone with a reliable data plan for communication.
Attributes: Responsible, proactive, and communicative, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
