Scope of Project :
PTC is seeking a PC Refresh Tech to support desktop refresh and deployment activities in a fully onsite environment in Middletown, PA. The resource will assist with inventory management, imaging, deployment, and decommissioning of IT equipment while following strict operational procedures and IT standards.
Responsibilities:
Inventory and organize IT equipment
Unbox and prepare desktops, laptops, monitors, and accessories
Apply Windows 11 OS image using SCCM and Intune
Install software in Windows 11 environment
Update asset records in ServiceNow
Deploying assets as required
Assist with decommissioning old equipment
Required/Preferred Skills:
Basic knowledge of Windows OS and imaging tools
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
Good communication and time management skills
High School Diploma
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Experience with SCCM and Intune preferred
Must pass state and national background check
