Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA.
• Active Georgia physical therapy license required prior to start.
• Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant outpatient physical therapy experience preferred. First-time travelers will not be accepted.
• Experience treating general orthopedics, debility, stroke/CVA, neurological disorders, multi-trauma, and fractures preferred.
• Experience working with EPIC or similar EMR systems preferred.
• Ability to complete a department orientation and a 5-day facility NEO prior to independent practice.

Assignment Details

• Facility type: Outpatient, hospital-affiliated rehabilitation clinic.
• Shift: Days. Schedule uses 5x8 or 4x10 shifts; clinic will determine a consistent day off for the assignment.
• Typical patient volume: 10–15 patients per day; scheduling consists of 30-minute treatment slots with 1-hour complex evaluations.
• Standard hours per week: 40.
• Duration: 13-week travel assignment.
• Floating: No floating to other facilities required.
• Weekend rotation: None. On-call: None. Holiday expectations: None.
• Dress: Polos provided (teal and black); slacks and clean shoes preferred. Free parking available.
