Accentuate Staffing is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator with a growing industrial services organization in Fuquay-Varina to join its Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting professional who enjoys building relationships, coordinating hiring efforts, and creating an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you’ll support the full-cycle recruitment process for skilled craft professionals while working closely with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition to ensure hiring needs are met efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all phases of the recruiting process for skilled craft and field employees.
• Source, screen, and recommend qualified candidates for open positions.
• Schedule interviews and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate labor scheduling to align candidate availability with project staffing needs.
• Guide candidates through onsite and virtual interviews while providing an outstanding candidate experience.
• Write and post engaging job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms and job boards.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through networking, career fairs, recruiting events, and community outreach.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Coordinate onboarding activities, including scheduling drug screens, entering employee information, and preparing required hiring documentation.
• Lead weekly new hire orientation sessions.
• Administer the employee referral program, including tracking referrals and coordinating bonus payments.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee and candidate information.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to support recruiting strategies and workforce planning.
• Occasionally visit project sites to better understand hiring needs and support workforce initiatives.

Requirements:

• Previous recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or human resources experience preferred.
• Construction industry experience
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is highly preferred.
• Strong sourcing and candidate relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to work effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new recruiting technologies.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple departments.
• Willingness to work occasional overtime during peak hiring periods.
