Job Summary: Recruiting Coordinator I
About the Role
Join our dynamic team as a Recruiting Coordinator I and play a pivotal role in driving our talent acquisition efforts within a Fortune 500 environment. This is a hybrid position based in Louisville, KY, offering the perfect mix of onsite collaboration (Tues-Thurs) and remote flexibility (Mon & Fri) after training. You will be the heartbeat of our recruiting process, connecting with candidates, stakeholders, and leaders to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Partner with HR Business Partners and recruiters to manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Track and report recruitment activities and requisition status weekly
- Collaborate with leaders and interview panels to gather and track interview feedback
- Coordinate communications and logistics for new hire onboarding and start dates
- Maintain confidential information and escalate issues as necessary to ensure process integrity
Required Skills and Experience
- 1+ years of recruiting coordination or human resources experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational ability and attention to detail
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for exceeding expectations
- Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive work ethic and flexibility
Preferred Skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Familiarity with Oracle HCM or other HCMS platforms
- Bachelor's degree
