About This Role
We’re hiring a TikTok Content Creator & Video Editor who can create scroll-stopping short-form videos that perform.
This is not just an editing role. You should understand what makes content engaging, keeps viewers watching, and drives results.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Produce short-form videos (15–60 seconds) for TikTok
* Write strong hooks and simple, engaging scripts
* Edit high-energy, fast-paced content designed for retention
* Adapt and repurpose content for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
* Experiment with different formats, trends, and angles
* Stay updated with current trends, sounds, and platform changes
What You Need to Succeed
* Experience creating TikTok or short-form content
* Strong understanding of hooks, storytelling, and retention tactics
* Ability to write clear, engaging scripts
* Skilled in tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar
* Self-driven with the ability to meet deadlines
Bonus Points If You Have
* Experience with TikTok ads or UGC content
* Background in eCommerce or performance marketing
* A portfolio showing strong engagement or results
