Welder/ Fabricator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:00pm )

• Perform MIG welding on new products using production fixtures and specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols accurately
• Maintain production documentation including part counts and quality sign-offs
• Operate fabrication tools such as grinders, saws, and sanders
• Meet production deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
• Keep a clean and safe work area and follow all safety procedures

Welder/ Fabricator Qualifications:

• Proven MIG welding experience (required)
• Blueprint reading and fabrication experience
• Experience using grinders, saws, and sanders
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to workplace safety
