Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to monitor, evaluate, and improve the quality of products, services, and processes. The ideal candidate will perform quality reviews, identify defects or compliance issues, document findings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality audits, inspections, and testing of products, services, or processes.
• Identify defects, inconsistencies, and compliance issues.
• Document findings and prepare detailed quality reports.
• Track, investigate, and resolve quality issues using root cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures, checklists, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, customer service, and other teams to improve quality.
• Monitor quality metrics and recommend process improvements.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Train employees on quality standards and best practices. 

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Healthcare, or a related field (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Experience with quality management systems and documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, or similar, depending on the industry).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment. 

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of ISO, Six Sigma, FDA, HIPAA, or other applicable quality standards.
• Experience with audit preparation and compliance reviews.
• Process improvement and root cause analysis experience.
• Time management and organizational skills. 

Work Environment

• Fully remote position.
• Standard full-time schedule with occasional virtual meetings.
• Collaborative work with cross-functional teams using remote communication tools.
