Salary: $98,100 - 167,850 per year Requirements:

• We require substantial Neo4j database experience; candidates without Neo4j expertise should not apply.
• We are looking for someone with 7 or more years of experience working with Neo4j databases.
• We value hands-on experience across CI/CD, database administration, DBMS platforms, database schemas, ERP applications, defect resolution, integration testing, issue management, IT leadership, and team leadership.
• Familiarity with technologies such as Datadog, Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and Python is preferred.
• A background investigation will be required for the selected candidate.

• We develop product plans and create or refine stories for complex features within our areas of ownership.
• We lead feature review sessions, document outcomes, and coach team members who are still building experience.
• We design functional solutions for complex business processes or feature requirements using moderate technical expertise.
• We configure and develop within vendor software, validate new release functionality, and use vendor support tools to resolve defects.
• We provide training and support to team members and users while helping strengthen overall team capability.
• We evaluate software options against integrated business needs and align recommendations with our strategic and vendor direction.
• We coordinate, execute, and review module and integration testing for projects that are not the most complex.
• We manage issues and blockers tied to assigned features and product stories.
• We partner with business and technical teams to resolve technology issues across multiple areas and serve as a subject matter expert.
