TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) – Hospice to provide specialized end-of-life care to patients and support their families. The RN will ensure comfort, dignity, and quality of life for patients in hospice care through comprehensive pain management, emotional support, and coordinated healthcare services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate nursing care to terminally ill patients
  • Assess patient conditions and develop personalized care plans
  • Administer pain management and palliative treatments
  • Educate patients and families on end-of-life care, symptom management, and emotional coping
  • Collaborate with physicians, social workers, chaplains, and hospice care teams
  • Monitor patient comfort levels and adjust interventions as needed
  • Ensure compliance with hospice care protocols and legal requirements
  • Offer grief support and emotional counseling for families

Qualifications

  • Active RN license in applicable state(s)
  • Minimum 1–2 years of hospice or palliative care experience preferred
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required
  • Strong understanding of end-of-life care, pain management, and symptom control
  • Excellent communication and emotional support skills
