As a Virtual Customer Support Specialist , you'll serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, helping them understand their available benefits and providing exceptional support throughout the client experience.
Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments
Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
Explain products, services, and policy information clearly and professionally
Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and policy updates
Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up communication
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and professionalism
Participate in structured virtual training and mentorship
Attend leadership development workshops and coaching sessions
Learn industry products, systems, and best practices
Strengthen communication, customer service, and leadership skills
