As a Virtual Member Support Specialist , you'll become a trusted resource for members by delivering professional, personalized service throughout their experience.
Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and other online platforms
Answer questions regarding available benefits, services, and coverage options
Provide exceptional support throughout the enrollment process
Assist clients with applications and required documentation
Build strong relationships through professionalism and effective communication
Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications
Resolve concerns promptly while delivering outstanding customer service
Collaborate with teammates to ensure an exceptional client experience
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
Enjoy the flexibility of working from home while staying connected through modern virtual collaboration tools.
